On most Saturdays and Tuesdays and Saturdays, we have Chef Whiteside’s fresh lemon rosemary pound cake and croissant doughnuts, while they last… Our house-made dessert offerings change, but often include carrot cake, chocolate mousse, bread pudding, cheesecake, pies and cookies. Quantities are limited.

Hand-cut Steaks by the Pound

Preorder steaks by 4 p.m. on Saturday and pick up the following Tuesday between 2 and 6 p.m. or Wednesday through Saturday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Select your pick up day and time. Steaks are sold by the pound (minimum order is one pound).

Local, Free-range Eggs

Free-range eggs are better for you. Free-ranging hens forage for foods that are natural for them to eat — primarily seeds, bugs and grasses. Conversely, indoor hens are typically fed a vegetarian diet that is not natural for them to eat. Hens eating their natural diet produce more nutritious eggs packed with vitamins, antioxidants, protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Free-ranging hens get sunshine and exercise, too, both of which help them produce eggs higher in calcium, lutein, vitamin A, vitamin E and vitamin D than their indoor counterparts. Free-range eggs have less saturated fat and cholesterol than commercial eggs, too. They are also richer in color, yolk density, shell thickness and freshness.

Local eggs are fresher. It can take weeks to transport eggs from a commercial facility and unload them at the store before you buy them. Buying eggs from a local source means you are getting fresher eggs that have traveled a fraction of the distance of commercial eggs.
