About the Class
Hands-on instruction and discussion with Chef Cooper (approximately two hours) followed by dinner.
Learn to make a classic, rustic French entrée — coq au vin. Chef Cooper’s version of this chicken dish is braised in red wine and stock with bacon and mirepoix.
After class, sit down at Chef’s table and enjoy the delicious meal that we prepare, along with house-made bread.
